Surf Lessons Pembrokeshire | Paddleboarding in Pembrokeshire, Wales

In May & August 2024, we have teamed up with Outer Reef to run three adventure workshop weekends in Pembrokeshire & West Wales for females only. The course is aimed at both the complete novice and female surfers who want some education and advice on all aspects of the sport such as performance analysis and the development of specific maneuvers (whilst most importantly having fun!). We would like to thank all the girls who took part in last years workshops and hope you all had as much fun taking part as we did running them. It was great to see so much mutual support and encouragement in this fast growing section of the sport.

The cost of the women's weekend is £295 per person which includes the following;

Surfing in Pembrokeshire 2024

The women’s weekends are designed for all abilities including those who have never surfed before so you will be fine. The two days are split into 4 sessions The mornings will start at the beach at 10am and finish at around 12.15pm, then we break for lunch (you will need a packed lunch) and start again at 2pm-4pm.

The cost of the weekend is £295 per person which includes the following;

3 surfing sessions
1 Stand up paddle boarding adventure,
2 night’s accommodation (Fri & Sat) at the beautiful Stackpole Centre, Stackpole Estate, Bosherston,
A free hoodie & a goodie bag & all the equipment needed for the weekend will be provided by us.

The course is designed to introduce more females to surfing & Sup (Stand Up Paddle Boarding) and develop those who are more advanced, however, it is also based around meet people & having a lot of fun and also having an informal weekend, so I hope you can join us.

We are running the surf sessions from either Manorbier or Freshwater West beach, depending on the size of the surf & the Sup Adventure from stack pole key, so we ask everyone to call us at around 9 am (Tel:01646 680070) on the day of the course so that we can confirm the venue.
